Fabrizio was born and raised in Rome.
From 1990 to 1995, he worked in London at the hotel Savoy and at UMA restaurants. In Rome, at Cafe Veneto Asador and El Toula. As a chef, he set the kitchen in the Roman restaurants Red in Renzo Piano Auditorim, Ketumbar Diversi Sapori and Cantina Del Vecchio, as well as in the 5* hotel (small luxury hotel of the word) Lord Byron.
But the most valuable experience Fabrizio gave teaching in a professional culinary school in the center of Rome» city of taste » (Citta del gusto), which was created by Gambrero Rosso — an authoritative guide to restaurants in Italy, a kind of Italian Michelin.
Fabrizio has been working in Russia for more than 15 years and during this time has achieved high recognition among guests and colleagues.
Fabrizio opened a culinary school in St. Petersburg, wrote a book about Italian cuisine, participated in TV shows, worked with major Russian and foreign companies and successful restaurants.
Fabrizio’s dishes are refined traditions of Italian cuisine.
